We’ve talked about some great tools you can put into your creative tool kit and now we are at the place where we get to talk about what obstacles can come up along the way.
If you are human then you’ve definelty come up against self doubt and feeling like an imposter. I have worked with people on many different levels of their creative and business journey and always there is an element of doubt that arises along the way.
So what are some of the creative road blocks that we hit, and how might we be able to move through them?

Time away from family, Time in general
Your Spouse doesn’t understand what you want to do
Money: Key here: To Start it really doesn’t take much money. There are so many differnet ways we can work around this and so many free options that are out there now.
Feeling uninspired, out of ideas

Your Creative Task Master Advotar: who is she/he, what does she look like, how can you move beyond him.
Getting back to center
When you hit a road blocks, creative blocks, over thinking, comparison, worry, and fear of failure.
Finding Homestasis: How do we get back to center? How do we make it back home?
When we hit a creative roadblock which we will most likely encounter at some point in our journey, having tools to help move through them is helpful and handy when waiting our those darker times in our lives.
Some ways we can get stuck are
Feeling like the imposter, illegitmate, unworthy
Too much analysis
Trying to please other people
Trying to perform for other people
Feeling isolated and alone
Feeling unsupported by others
These are all ways that roadblocks can appear in our path and stop us from creating and making the things that we love.
When we are in a space of blockage we can aknowledge first that we are just trying to make our way back home, back to a space where we can act out of joy rather than acting out of fear, because truth be told most things of these things can be boiled down into fear.
In this week we will explore ways we build differnet habits that will function as our life rafts, for times when the inspiration isnt flowing, or when you are just feeling plain bla.
Mundane Tasks: clean your fridge, organize a closet, do the dishes, sweep the floor. When we are in our lost, confused, unsure state of mind doing the mundane tasks of life can help us get out of our heads and into creation mode. Rather than scrolling instagram or doing some sort of research, pick up a broom and start sweeping.
Create a daily walking habit where you get outside, move your body, take in the outside elements and be inspired by the world around you.
